The software industry is drowning in pay-to-play directories, affiliate-stuffed “best of” lists, and review sites where a fat check buys you five stars. We built VentureGaps because we were tired of it.

§ 003 — WHAT WE DON'T DO
- ✕Accept payment for higher rankings or better reviews
- ✕Publish fake or incentivized user reviews
- ✕Sell your personal data to vendors
- ✕Let vendors edit their own reviews
- ✕Pretend every tool is "amazing" — some are garbage and we'll say so

We make money through affiliate links and advertising. When you click a link and sign up for a tool, we may earn a commission. This never influences our rankings or reviews. Sponsored listings are always clearly marked. If we recommend something, it's because we think it's good — not because someone paid us to say so.
